Morning Light

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a fantastic evening last night!

My health tip for the day is: always start your day with a healthy breakfast! It is key to starting your metabolsim, with increases your burning of calories.  Getting it started and boosted in the morning is key to a healthy weight, or if you are trying to lose weight, weight loss.







My favorite breakfast is Oatmeal.  I usually have around a third cup with 1 tsp of turbinado sugar (which is non-processed sugar) or honey.  Some other great breakfast ideas are:

  • Hard boiled egg whites plus grapefruit and whole wheat toast
  • Chobani Greek Yogurt plus fruit
  • Frozen Fruit homemade smoothie
  • Scrambled Egg Whites
  • Whole Wheat Toast plus Peanut Butter
