Breakfast

What a great way to wake up! I am a huge fan of oatmeal and fruit. So here is my perfect breakfast that helps keep me full through the day and alert during my studies.

1/4 cup oat mixture. (Quick oats and whole oats)
1/2 cup of water (a little more to add creaminess!)
1/2 tsp. of Tubrinado Suagr in the Raw Sugar

Bowl of Fruit:
1 Banana Sliced
1/3 Cup of Grapes Sliced in half

Mix fruit together- add to oatmeal if you wish! Enjoy!
