Tea and Coffee Time


My wonderful friend Sydney and I got together today along with my siblings, to practice a song that we are going to sing for Mother's Day at our church. We, of course, had to have some coffee and tea, along with a little afternoon treat. 
What did I make, you ask? 
I made Whole Wheat Applesauce Cake.
This is my favorite cake ever! It is DELICIOUS and pretty healthy for you!

Recipe:
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Cloves
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
4 Tsp. Cocoa
1 Cup Applesauce (non-sweetend, no added cinnamon)
1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well add applesauce and oil and beat well. Put in an ungreased Bunt Pan.  Bake 35 minutes at 350.  Enjoy warm!
