My Favorite Lunch


So confession time- I could eat Turkey Sandwiches every day for lunch for the rest of my life and I think I could be pretty much satisfied. I don't know why I like them so much, because when I was younger and not very health focused or anything, I hated them! But here I am, five years later and addicted to turkey sandwiches!

My favorite Turkey Sandwich Recipe:
1 Large Piece of Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread
1/2 Roma Tomato
2-3 Slices of Kreschmer Turkey
1 tsp. (roughly) of Honey Mustard
Handful of Lettuce
1/4 Carrott (Sliced thin)

Put all together and eat up! This sandwich is around 150 Calories depending on what kind of bread you use and how much of the toppings you add! It is so delicious!

Add a side of low-fat Mozzarella Cheese (Block Cheese), Pretzels, and side of fruit if you like!
